    • If the food is delivered in poor condition (e.g., spoiled or visibly damaged packaging), you are eligible for a full or partial refund.

1.3 Non-Delivery:

    • If your order is not delivered due to a mistake on our part, we will issue a full refund.

2. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

    • If the food has been consumed or discarded, making verification impossible.
    • Minor delays in delivery caused by factors outside our control (e.g., traffic, weather).
    • Orders with incorrect delivery details provided by the customer.

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund:

    2. Provide details: Include your order number, delivery address, and a clear explanation of the issue. Photos of the damaged or incorrect items may be required for verification.
    3. Resolution: Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after approval.

4. Returns Policy

As a food delivery service, we do not accept returns due to the perishable nature of our products. If you are dissatisfied with your order, please refer to our refund policy for resolution.

5. Replacement Policy

In certain cases, we may offer replacements instead of refunds, such as:

    • When an incorrect item is delivered.
    • When a part of your order is missing.

Replacements will be delivered at no extra cost, subject to availability and within a reasonable time frame.
